Hi guys and gals,
Just a heads up, I'm looking at swapping out my 300tdi as the turbo collapsed and the engine eventually ran itself dry of oil... (I wasn't driving at the time... Not sure if I was and was engulfed in smoke id think to stall it either) I haven't tried to turn the engine since and think a swap out is possibly the cheapest option.
I've been offered several between £350-£450 and just need to save the cash but is there anyone around Shropshire/Telford who can lead a novice with a swap!? I don't have a hoist or any idea where to start!! But I'm keen to help!
