It is tatty but solid, has been used as a workhorse and off road toy so is dirty and has some scratches etc but is very solid underneath.

how much with the illegal tyres?

The spares worn out but the rest have got a good few mm left on them. It does look like they need a bit more air in the pictures though.
Do you think it's too expensive then? I'm not really sure what its worth
