Waiting for a day off to strip ruby's engine down, but it is a real possibility that she'll need a replacement. Will contact you to see if it still available when we know the state of play :)
 
Of course not. Doesn't mean it wont work fine. No benefit unless you are building complete new engine.
Anyway, it is what it is. You can bolt it on and rest assured it will all work ok.
