300tdi Cylinder Head Bolts Bent?

Howdy all just about to torque up all my cylinder head bolts and it seems that all of the M12x140mm bolts are slightly bent and are hard to hand tighten when there not even near their seating position???? Am I being to paranoid or does this sound like they are slightly warped?. All the other sized bolts are fine.
