300 tdi 90 header tank relocation

Hi all

I have fitted + 2" shock turrets and the right hand side then fouls the coolant header tank. I have spaced the bolts out by about 54 mm which puts it very close to the bonnet stay when closed.

Has anyone done a similar mod or done it on a different way or do I need to have a new tank made ?

Your thoughts / ideas ?

If it fouls the stay then consider moving it, and if it doesn't what's wrong with leaving it where it is?

The tank does not need to be in one place ... you can move it to wherever you want, as it's only a couple of bits of pipe that limit where it goes, as long as it is above the level of the rad you should be OK!!
