Has anyone changed the 300tdi disco rear axle flange from 3 bolt one to 4 bolt one so that a 200tdi prop shaft can be fitted.
Have lifted truck and its getting through rubber donuts bit quickly!!!! so want to fit a 200tdi prop shaft with 2 UJs on it.
I think that the 3 bolt flange is longer than the 4 bolt one (and maybe the spline number is different) so wont fit the pinion properly....does the pinion housing need changing to a 200tdi one and will it fit my axle?????
