Ive got a 97 3.9 v8 with 74k genuine millage and really want to convert to lpg ive bought a second hand kit on ebay at good money its complete and working the guy says its a kit the does not require the inlet manifold to be drilled ? Is anyone around chippenham wilts or tidworth wilts that fanceys coming and giving me a hand for drink money:) ive got loads of tools and have been in the trade for 4years but never fitted or even looked at and lpg kit before any help would be greatfully apritiated if i cant get this lpg kit on and working it will have to go and be replaced by a diesel  i want a v8

If you have been in the trade for a bit you should be able do it, just take your time doing it. But sure someone on here may help, i fitted lpg to my v8 disco myself. But i had put it on a vauxhall frontera too but had from me father.

If you know the make or maybe take some pictures of the kit some one may recognize it and give you some tips

Fitting shouldnt be to difficult if your a spanner man,
Commissioning it and setting your engine up to run on gass is probably were advice will come in handy

Thanks guys ive just committed to a 300tdi on ebay so selling the v8 im afraid but you never know the sale might fall through

keep the lpg kit and fit it on the diesel..by the way..the v8 on gas would have been the same or better £ per mile..
