Thanks, that looks really helpful.... Got to go out now so will have a look when I get up tomorrow....

The rear section is ordered and I will hopefully be able to fit it early next week. Whilst having a look at my current exhaust I realised that there is a 6 inch long split in it so having the new exhaust on should help and avoid the CO smell.

Another question...

What is the difference between the fuel tank hanger for a 110 and that for a 90? Is it possible to modify the 110 hanger (LAND ROVER DEFENDER FUEL TANK CRADLE ESR2204 | eBay) to fit the 90?

I've read somewhere that you need the 300TDi sender and using the TD5 sender "causes some problems". If I use a TD5 sender and TD5 fuel gauge can anyone see what problem there could be? I believe that the TD5 sender has a pump in it too but I can't see that being a problem. I'm just thinking because I might get hold of a TD5 tank that still has the sender in it and 300TDi senders are nearly as expensive as the tank.
