where are the relay and fuses located for the aircon compressor

Any member know anything regarding swapping out aircon compressor, any articles on testing electrical wiring test points etc. Trying to fix mine

2011 RR Vouge 4.4 D

I have no idea on the r/r, D3 has a variable displacement a/c compressor controlled by ecu using pwm signals, and if D3 has it range rover almost certainly so?

Thanks, its very frustrating trying to find information on the 2010-2012 Vogue, my aircon compressor is out and I need the front struts changed.
going to put up a thread asking for help identifying the correct parts, my local main dealer will not give out part numbers only prices.

Thanks for the information, will be studying them soon, off shopping at the moment, love the Vogue, but can be a frustrating love hate relationship!
Have three issues at the moment, Air-con-suspension-and auto-wipers, so the saga continues.

hi Stan

ur so welcome and always so nice it’s appreciated when people say a simple thank u, surprising when some don’t bother

understand where ur coming from, have a D3 myself and indeed can throw its toys out the pram when it feels like it

Have learnt having decent diagnostics and a multimeter is a necessity with these modern landies , do all my own spannering , certainly couldn’t afford dealer labour prices

ref auto wipers / headlights , I turned mine off via diagnostics , so that solves that issue

Please let us know after having a read if ur still stuck, plenty here to help

gary

found some stuff that may help.

Just to ask why do you think its the compressor at fault. we were told it was US on ours but turned out to be the expansion valve. Do you have diagnostics or any fault codes?
