Good day to you. I’ve been converting my 110 into a camper and it has not been driven for almost a year. Now it’s pretty much done and I’ve got a problem with no power low down. Once it comes on boost it’s fine but it feels like starting off in 3rd gear. Recent engine work which could have upset it as follows:
New turbo cartridge
Pump boost pin mod
New timing belt.
Valve clearances.
Fuel and air filters.
The fuel pin is not seized and although I think it should come out further that should be unrelated because the problem is before boost. It was running fine last summer when I parked it up. Thank you in advance for your advice and please accept this picture as a gesture of my appreciation.

Have you tried it with the std fuel pin?
Did you use timing pins when doing belt?

Update: replaced aftermarket boost pin with standard pin and spacer, normal service is resumed. Can’t figure it out though, why would this upgraded pin which is supposed to give more power actually sucks all the low end power away. Definitely didn’t install it incorrectly. Anyway, thanks Lynall for the advise.
