Hey Fraser, so was the shaft sleeve seized no?Well thank you so much for all your help guys. It was setup correctly and un-seized in the first place but the max fuel screw wasn't wound up enough. After winding in the screw slightly it ran just fine

Yep, seized solid. Then when I tried to start it, it wouldn't catch. I then turned up the max fuel slightly and it ran perfectly with the exception of the timing being just slightly too advanced, also now fixed.
