200TDI electrics

Got the disco out the garage after running out of money for MOT and insurance, got it running fine, but couple of electrical faults have appeared!!

firstly, the rev counter doesnt work at all, speedo does work. any ideas?!

secondly, the fooking wipers on the front screen wont turn off, yet there not fooking on!!!!!!!!!

ive checked all fuses and wires and cant find any problems!!!!!

Check the wire on the back of the altenator, as for the wipers prob the switch .

for the rev counter?!

Sorry not very clear, the rev counter works off the alternator, it's a small wire on the back may just need cleaning. The wiper switches play up so i'd start there.

wipers will not stop.park and on off replaced
