Eyup I come seeking the wisdom of the elders, the big feller my dad has just bought himself a 2000 reg Defender 110 TD5 to replace the old and well abused N reg 110 200Tdi.
First is there any nasties to look out for with the 110 TD5, it has 80 thou on the clock and has been well looked after.
Second what would be a realistic asking price for an N reg 110 with 165 thou on the clock, good engine and gearbox, been well used few dints no tax or mot and will need some welding and a few parts for mot, from what I can se it will need a small patch on the rear of the chassis, steering, hub bearings, steering shaft joint, rear shock bushes and maybe a brake pipe or two, o and yes he is a farmer. Or would it be better to split and sell in bits.
Thanks for any help Sprox:)

Well done that man, the old 110 is a H reg and not a N reg as this wazzok stated, thanks for pointing that out Chris:rolleyes:
