Complete rebuild of a 200TDI discovery engine.
I rebuilt it totally, all bearings, seals, components renewed.
Head skimmed and pressure tested with new valve seals and lapped in valves.
New piston rings and block honed by professional engineering company.
Complete picture diary of and rebuild including precision measurement pics of clearances etc for crank and oil pump gaps etc

Runs very sweet, blocked turbo feeds as built it turbo less for my series 3 Landy which I have now sold so no longer need engine.
New fuel and water pumps, new starter motor (all Bearmach) genuine victor reinz gaskets and seals used for whole build.
Injectors ultrasonic cleaned.
Complete with power steering pump, alternator, new water pump, new starter motor.
I also have a 2.5NA exhaust manifold that I will give with engine if you want to transplant it into a series Landy.
