2008 LR freelander 2, cranks but no start

Good day guys. I have a 2008 Freelander 2 that a month ago while I was driving the engine went off, I tried to start it and it couldn’t start and the engine was just cranking but no start, it says HDC fault system fault, I opened the hood to check if battery is fine and then discovered that the power steering belt cut itself, so I went to buy a new one we replaced it but still no start, changed the battery multiple times still no start, the engine just keeps cranking but it doesn’t start, I took the car to experts it’s been 3 weeks but they can’t find why it doesn’t start. Please help if you know something about this

Any codes read? That's the second thing, after fitting a new battery.
