If it starts in under 5 seconds, it's fine. Sounds normal to me.

What does it shut off like?

Is it instant or runs on a bit? Could be throttle housing knackered.

Rear section of the sunroof doesn't open only the front section

When I press the Stop button it takes about 2 seconds for the engine to stop. So hopefully that is OK.
