2007 TDV8 television tuner issue. Help?

Dear All,

I am an avid reader of this page but rarely post and hope someone can help.

Recently the TV has been cussing in and out of signal in my RR. I have tried looking at the settings and it has country entries in there and I input UK then it alsy has another setting showing formats. What format do I set it to here in the UK. Will this stop my signal on the freeview cutting in and out??

Or....is there anything else I need to do??

Hello noooo idea Im afraid but.... might it have something to do with DAB and FM being turned off?

I don't think I will be selling as I have owned it since March 2013 and I read this site every day. I will only sell at any point to buy a new one. One thing I have to say is my 3 year warranty was worth its weight in gold. I have a brand new rear diff and all the new diff motors to go with it!!

Just wanna know how to get the TV to work 100% as when I bought it it worked and now it just cuts in and out. Need to figure that our so I can watch the gogglebox while the wife shops for clothes!!

Poole, Dorset.
It picks up all the channels and station codes just cuts in and out.

Well sorry I cannot help with your problem, I'm sure someone will. As well as help and advice there is also a lot of humour and pi55 taking on this site. Hope you get sorted..ps ever thought of sending the wife on her own?

Look for water or condensation in the nearside (left) rear quarter. It's a common problem on earler ones so maybe it also happens on the later ones.

Nope no damp or signs of moisture at all.

Check the connection of the antenna to the tv tuner module also located in the left side boot cubby hole
