2005 Freelander HSE TD4 - Small knock when accelerating ?

Hi Guys

2005 TD4 freelander HSE manual - circa 110,000 miles on the clock

When I apply more throttle rapidly during driving I can hear and feel a small knock on the transmission , any pointers on what and where to look at ? Guess it could be a multitude of things ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated Ta Dave

Starter for 2....
The front mount on the rear diff.
The lower engine tie bar.
