2005 commercial converted to a standard 3 door?

2005 commercial converted to a standard 3 door?
Is it possible to convert a 2005 td4 commercial to a normal 3 door freelander.
It has a set of rear seats but im told in the advert that they are designed to fold flat, are they just standard seats?
I would need to add to rear windows is this possible? The rear plastic body looks to already have windows.
Where else does the commercial differ from the normal freelander?
Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated

I think Northern Irelander did this conversion at one time.

Are you looking to buy the comm? Someone has put the seats in and swapped the hardtop.

ive got a 2002 TD4 auto 3 door which was once a commercial .

i fitted all the rear seats and panels which i got from a breakers.

the rear 1/4 windows i put in by removing the metal blanks. they are held in with glue like arauldite.

they are real pigs to get out, i used a stanley knife and an angled putty knife.

have to keep round round working your way through the sealant, the only thing i will say is when you try and pull off the metal panels to be carefull to pull them off square as they will dig into your paintwork.

if you get the rear seats make sure you get all the brackets that sit on the floor, they look like handles also the side brakets, you have to disconnect the rear lights in order you can feed the wiring loom through the brackets.
