Hi All

Here's a fuse 49 dilema

My radio stopped working and at the same time so did my parking sensors (unless i switch to manual) & my internal indicator dashboard lights stopped working (outside still work OK)

So i pulled fuse 49 and hey presto job fixed

for a day at least

This happened several times but now when i pull fuse 49 and replace (even with a new fuse) it doesnt solve the problem

So i disconnected the battery for half hour and replaced and this hasnt solved the issue too

Anyone got a clue what to do here

Im thinking even though the car starts first time every time perhaps the battery might need replacing???

Christ i need some help :) (please)

thanks for the welcome :)

no not really, ill give it a good sniff once the mrs is back though :)
would that be a new fusebox if that was the case?

Probably damp got to the GPS / AMP parts in the boot cubby hole.
Check the connections for signs of corrosion

The fuse boxes on L322's don't usually suffer with any problems like the P38 model does

it looks pretty dry in that area
im taking it to the garage on Monday so will update you all if they find the cause of it :)

mmm it all looks really dry and fine in both areas. its a mystery
will the garage have diagnostic equipment they can hook up and locate the issue with?

ah theres another issue the sat nav was already removed when i bought it

i just spoke with the local electrical diagnostic people and they say 9th April is earliest they can see me lol
OMG

check there is power at both sides of fuse 49 in fuse box, connectors might need cleaning.also get a couple of these I throw 1 in each rear quarter every 6 months or so & never have any probs ;)
