L322 2004 L322 Navi Screen issue

Good Afternoon all, I've recently brought a 04 l322 TD6 as a little project, But i have noticed ever since i got it the navi display has these light grey lines in it, they don't seem to spread and there slightly transparent unlike the dead pixels on my p38s navi. I've had a quick look on google but can't seem to find much info, they aren't a massive issue but it would be handy to know the cause. cheers !

Lots of things can cause that, does it happen on all the different information displays like maps?

Yeah, It stays put regardless of whats on the display, i have also noticed you can see the lines when the display is totally powered down as well

It's a drop down screen isn't it so maybe a dodgy ribbon cable that connects the screen to the main unit.
