There shouldn't be any problems connecting it since it has standard ISO-connectors which I believe your DII also has. Problem would be that you need an aerial for the GPS-unit and if you don't have one already installed then you need to install one.

I personally would go for _any_ portable GPS-navigator instead of that Becker unit. I used to have same unit in my DII and it was anything but good. Just think about it: That Becker unit has a monochrome LSD display with very low resolution, maps are on DVD, it does not have map display, no GUI, you have to operate it by radio controls, etc... Not very intuitive and user friendly.
