have you done the purge procedure?
described in this artice:
The Td5 Diesel engine
Sounds like my problem all over again .... gas leaking past an injector copper washer, and into the fuel gallery.
Mine did this while still under warranty but I fixed it myself.
Purge fuel system # 2 - much better.
Insert key.
Turn IGN on but do NOT try to start engine.
Listen for fuel pump running.
When it stops, press throttle pedal to floor and release, FIVE TIMES, and pump will run again.
leave IGN ON all the time.
repeat as necessary, that is, when the pump stops, press throttle pedal to floor and release, FIVE TIMES, and pump will run again, and again, and again, and eventually the sloshing noise should change to a quieter more normal whine, and it might start.
Beware the FULL THROTTLE trick - it may flood the cylinders enough to prevent it from running.
Let me know in a PM if you get stuck or need a guide with the injector washers.
