2001 TD5 90 slight loss of power and vibrating

Got a slight problem with my 2001 TD5 defender, It develops a vibration and slight loss of power and a very very slight misfire, this fault only comes on after half a mile start from cold then gets worse as it gets hotter
Any suggestions?

unplug the red plug to the ecu, located under drivers seat, if it has oil in there the injector loom needs changing and clean the red plug with electrical cleaner, it causes lots of misfire rough running probs
