2001 freelander rover diesel intermittant mis fire when warm

any landrover experts come accross this fault with the rover 2litre turbo diesel?? intermittant engine misfire when upto running temperature? thinking along the lines or fuel rail sensor or electric fuel pump?? ive noticed these cars seem to have a lot of common faults, so is there a general part that causes this fault does anyone know? cheers
