It's just winding over, no speark at plug. Fitted new crank angle sensor and new fuse box (expensive) still no spark. what next? The stealers won't touch it because it has an LPG conversion. As someone on the forum said, It's not wise to to take it there till I know what the problem is.
Heres hoping some one can help.

The engine ecu has lost its sych with the BECM - 2 mins on Testbook will sort it out.(How many times have I said this ? )

when my disco 4.0l V8 had no spark it was what in the old days youd call a coil.....i think its called a pack or something these days...anyway,its a sod to get at as its right at the back of the engine(i think they must build the disco around it!).....thats what it turned out to be on mine,....infact that car was nearly new when i bought it....14000miles,1 owner/full history etc.....then i spent nearly £2k on a multipoint twin tank lpg conversion.....and never had nothing but problems with it......lovely car when it was running but after only 6 months ownership i moved it on

Iv'e had 2 auto elecs with computers, The've cleared some minor faults but I still have the problem?
Thats because fault codes are just a list of faults and recreating a security link involves putting the engine ecu into learn mode and prodding the BECM to spout a coded square wave for the engine ecu to learn.Bit different really, but 2 mins on Testbook as I said.;) Pop it round and I'll do it for you......

Eightinavee Thanks for the offer which I WOULD LOVE TO ACCEPT but where are you?
I've tried to read your profile but I seem to go round in circles!
fOUND you man from Bath!
I'm not pushin it that far.
Cheers mate

I had this problem with mine, if you get someone to turn the ign key and while they are doing that you pull, push and generaly move the wireing loom around at the back of the engine, also move the crank position wire around, this is how i got mine to run.

If this works, it will be the cable from the crankshaft position sensor, i cut mine out and replaced it.

still going great.

Ohhh **** what have i said now,
