200 tdi wading plug thread

anyone know what thread the wading plugs are for 200 tdi? if you dont know the thread can you tell me if its tapered or not please to narrow it down, looking at picks id guess it been 1/4 or 3/8 in size??

not tapered.

if yu can find a proper drain tap that fits, let me know - better than a drain plug .

cant think of any thing small enough that wont be at risk of been hit by sumit

ok just remembered i had some fittings here so went a scrapped some mud off and found it to be 1/4 bsp, now i got a 1/4 bsp to 1/8 npt adaptor to that you could fit a 1/8 npt ball valve without it been in danger of been hit as it would not stick out past the sump
i had a job to find the hole through all the mud do you recon i should of had one in here

but my preferred has to be a Spring loaded brass non-return valve...

the non return valve wont work as it has a pressure required to open it normaly a couple of psi and i dont think you will get any pressure in there

shirley someone can source a 1/8 or 1/4" bsp fitting that yu can leave in and just press summat to release any condensate/oil?
