200 TDI Discovery, genuine 29k really??

look at the pictures of the drivers seat, steering wheel and engine bay.

Do they honestly believe they are looking at a low 29,000 mile disco?

I could be wrong I suppose.

Dunno, doesn't look like a 29k Disco, would have to drive it and see how it feels mechanically. They say its got VOSA mileage history, but I'm not sure how far back that would go. Could be legit and done loads of hours on a farm somewhere hence the low mileage.

I once had a transit van showing 8000 miles at 5 years old , it was 408,000 though, remember the 99,999 speedo

Its certainly showing its age, the digits on the speedo are none too straight either

I noticed the speedo. Looks to worn for just 29k.

If it's VOSA printout it will only go back 10 years or so, so the first 12 years will be missing!

My 1992 200tdi Defender has 79k on it and I have every MOT cert from its first MOT to verify it's mileage.

A 29K "car" simply wouldn't look that worn out. It must have sat outside ever single day and never been properly cleaned/valeted, but even then that black paint on the screen pillars shouldn't have faded like that. If it was closer I'd be tempted to go tyre kicking. Smethings not quite right with this one.
