Being a knob as I am (( was talking at the time and wasnt paying attention ) , when I removed the fuel pump from the engine im rebuilding . I stupidly removed the centre nut off the fuel pump so lost the timing ( DOH ) .
Ive had a search about and found lots on seting up the boost etc but not the static timing with a DTI guage through the rear nut ( between injector pipes ) .
So does anyone know the static timing ( or point me to a site/info ) , primary lift of the plunger in the pump so I can refit the pump drive and then pin it .
For some reson I have 1.25mm lift in my head ..... ?
any help would be great as Im in my garage on the lappy working away , with beer on board .
