2 Flashing Green cogs M/S

Hi guys, I'm new to land rovers and for my sins have a mk2 facelift disco.I keep getting two green cogs flashing up on the dash displaying M and S ! I was told it may be a battery issue and indeed it was a bit sluggish starting. Changed the battery yesterday and tonight the lights are back on. Any ideas please ? W
