2.5 Turbo Engine trouble

Ive been thinkin for a while there isnt somthin quite right with my engine so decided to hav a look at it today (engine is a 2.5turbo 1989). The first concern is the amount of blue smoke produced tho i accept this is normal for an old landy. The more worrying things are that there are exhaust fumes in the engine bay that seem to be coming from around the manifold. When the engine is reved puff of blue fumes come out and the engine give a little kick. At first i thort it mite be the gasket had gone around the 2nd piston however i cant see why it would make the engine jump any help greatly appreciated.

Dunno what's wrong with your particular engine but for the price of sorting it out you could stick a second hand 200tdi in. You know you want to really.

Also dunno wots wrong with it and suggest you put in a 200, but in the meantime if you could fit a video camera to the roof pointing at the engine bay, it would be great if you could capture the imminent moment the TD spectacularly explodes Shouldn't have to wait long.
