Both heater blower and radio have stopped working on my 110 puma 2.4 . Can’t see any blown fuses also looking at wiring diagram it looks to me like they are totally separate, I will check earth but all other dash items working any ideas
Thank you

The heater blower, radio and cigarette lighter fuses are in a row on the fuse box
Without taking the dash apart to get to the back I can’t see if there I a feed wire for the three fuses has anyone got a good easy to understand diagram for this area or can tell me please

I have diagrams for the 2.2 Puma but there will be differences from the 2.4. On the 2.2 there is a common earth system for the heater and radio (plus a few other bits). Pic attached. 0550 is the earth header for the heater system, 0361 the radio, 1671 thermostatic switch, 1398 ground point. That area in front of the gear stick would be a good point to start wiggling wires. If you get the radio live again you may need to enter the code for it.

check you have 12 volt on the White/orange Aux on ignition switch at fuse 27p as this feed the blower, radio and cigar lighter

no power, if I connect live to that all works so need to go back further I think it might go to ignition but can’t find a good diagram

I know lol
why is it when you want them you cant find them and the next day your better half will say is this what you are looking for

possibly ignition switch or bad connection on main to engine compartment harness also check for damage to cables entering battery box

Does anyone know if there is another port on the ignition that I could try this wire on or do I take the dash apart to get to it (fat fingers and old eyes not helpful) lol

I see I can replace the ignition barrel switch does anyone know if this can be done without taking the whole barrel off the column

Whenever I'm looking for summat I've lost, the wife always says "it will be where you left it" as if that's at all helpful. I reply, "yes I effin know that but I dont know where I effin left it do I, ya silly cow"

I take it you have confirmed that there is no feed on the white/orange on the ignition and someone will correct me if I'm wrong the switch is held in the steering lock with two screws

Thank you that looks better, you wouldn’t happen to have the electric diagram for ignition as well please

Or is it possible to get the whole manual for defender puma 2.4
I found mine online - but can't remember where as it was years ago. Workshop manuals, wiring diagrams and wiring reference manuals are all "out there." Do a search -----
