2.25 fuel pump

hi, the boss man at one of the farms i work on has a Series 2A 88. The fuel pump broke a li'l while ago and for the boss' birthday, a work mate and i bought a replacement. When the work mate ordered it he asked specifically for a petrol and when he picked it up they asked if it was a petrol. He confirmed, they gave him a diesel.
Thats his story but i never can tell.
Anyway, can anyone tell me if the fuel pump will be different? the gaskets and rocker arm seem to fit, i just want to know before giving the boss his now belated birthday present.

The petrol one is part number 549761 and has a glass sedimenter bowl attached. I think the pipe connections are different, too.
