So finaly got around to fitting the boost guage as i seemed to not be getting the turbo in turbocharging!
Lo and behold after taking it for a good run and pushing the engine hard its only getting upto 0.5bar above atmosphere.
So obviously the waste gate is opening too early as i have checked all intake seals and everything seems to be airtight.
I think i now have to adjust the threaded adjuster attached to the diaphram (without ripping it off the rubber!) but does anybody know how may turns approx i should put on to make this happen? I presume im looking for around 1.8bar?
