1999 TD5 Disco brake light relay - where is it??

Not sure there is a relay for the brake lights, I assume your brake lights not working. Have you checked the basics, i.e bulbs and bypassed the switch.
 
There must be one... It appears in the diagram to be in the passenger compartment fusebox but there are just 4 relays > LH indicators, RH indicators, Rear window lift, Ignition. According to fault descriptions of the ABS system an open/short circuit of this relay will turn on the HDC faul warning alone... i didnt have issues with it myself but now i'm curious too

Hi, yes the brake lights are working fine but as sierafery points out my Hill descent light is on constantly and i would like to eliminate this relay from the equation.
 
Did some further investigation cos i'm intrigued about this and found out that there is a hill descent relay too in the passenger compartment fusebox:eek: ... there are too many misteryes in the diagram ...the connector pointed there to go to these relays is attached to the fusebox.... so, or the diagram is wrong or these are some small electronic relays incorporated within the fusebox ... which has the IDM within too. I'm on it and insisting.
