A brief description of the car is a Blue S-reg,1998 Discovery 1 V8 ES 3.9 Efi, 111,000 miles on the clock.
No major modifications, nearly all as standard except for the sunroof opening mechanisms where the original electric buttons were replaced by the windey handle version by the previous owner, early style D2 head lamps have been fitted, also an aftermarket stereo system is fitted. Electric leather seats work except for the seat heater on the drivers seat.
Front electric windows work fine but the rear ones can be intermitent. Passenger off side door lock not working and the door lock on the rear door is intermittent. Cruise control is intermittent. A/c requires re- gassing.
Engine runs fine but does have an oil leak on the crankshaft seal.
Never had any problems with the auto gearbox.
So some minor jobs to fix but:
MOT till December it’s appears that some chassis welding will be required to pass the next test.
If the welding is too expensive then vehicle will be placed into storage in Kent until funds are available.
