I am looking at selling my 1996 P38 4.6l V8.

I've had her for two and a half years and she's been fantastic. I've used her for commuting for virtually all that time but due to moving house and a change in job, she's just sitting around doing nothing.
120k miles.
Dark grey exterior. .
Black leather interior.
Harmon Kardon upgrade stereo system

The MOT ran out at the end of Jan and she will need some small bits to get her through.:
Front tyre has a nail in it, too close to the edge for a repair though, so will need a new tyre. Pirelli Scorpions with plenty of tread left.
The back box on the exhaust needs replacing (apparently its only allowed to have one hole in it, not several)
Tiny bit of mayo forming in the oil filler cap, although that could easily be from lack of regular use. The water levels look fine.
Heated seats don't work.
Cruise control doesn't work (vacuum pipe isn't even there...)

I think apart from that and a few small scratches, its all okay.
Basically looking for someone to come along who can do the work and then has a wicked P38 at a bargain. As i said, it may or may not have a head gasket fault but I have priced her accordingly.

I'm asking £500 for her. I could break her for more but do not have the room anymore.

If anyone is interested, please feel free to email me. I'm based in Shere, near Guildford in Surrey. Thx.

pictures added (yes, she needs a wash)

Should do it fine. Ive driven it from Surrey to Crewe a few times and it's been fine. The last time was in August.
The longest journey I've done recently has been about 20 miles and it was okay.

I'm going to start her up tonight and double check the gunk in the filler cap and the water levels.
She started fine on Tuesday night and ran for about 20 minutes with no problems.

I've run her for 35 minutes tonight and driven about a mile down the road and there was no gunk in the filler cap. The temperature gauge was bang in the middle and didn't move.
