P38A 1996 dse dash board

Hi all. How much of a faff is it to get the top section of the dashboard out, as mine is starting to look like the lake district around the screen vents I've tried epoxy resin but it no worky. If it not to much of a faffthen I'll think about changing it out for a secondhand one. Just wanted to know before I commit and then find out it a nightmare.

Fairly easy, but takes about 4 hours first time. With practice it can be done in two !! While you have it out, check & sort heater flaps & the drive motors !!
