1995 300tdi Non Wiping Wipers

Can someone PLEASE help.

The wipers on my Disco only work when they are switched to the fast wipe setting. When they are in the intermittent setting the relay can be heard switching but nothing happens.
I have replaced the motor twice now with the same results. since fitting the second motor I have tested for voltage at the motor plug and only get a reading on two of the cables one of which is the ignition/park feed and the other is the fast wipe switched feed.
I also have an intermittent problem with the rear electric windows , so could these faults be caused by a faulty multifunction unit.

I had a very similar problem on me deepender. Turned out to be just a dodgy connection on the back of the fuse box (after replacing motor, relay and switch!). Yer could try following the wiring through and checking all the connections.
Of course, deependers aint got MFUs!

Thanks for the suggestion but 'ave tried all that and it all seems to be OK. 'Ave even done a Continuity test from fuse to motor plug, 'n' eyeballed all t' wiring I can actually get to to eyeball.......NOWT.......
'Ave scratched mi 'ead so much mi fingers are full of splinters 'n' mi shiny spots a lot bigger'n it used to be.
OH well it looks like it's off to the Landy vet for a look-see.
