1989 110 V8 Starting problems

My 1989 110 V8 is currently refusing to start. Was running fine but now will not start, or even turn over. At first thought it might be the starter solenoid as all dash lights illuminate and when key is turned there is a click. However the click seems to be coming from the fuse panel in the centre of the dash behind gearlever. There is some type of relay in here, could this be the problem? Any ideas...

Have you checked to make sure that the ignition feed to the starter motor (the small wire) is turning live when you turn the key to the starter position? Try giving the wire a wiggle. It may just be a dodgy contact.
