Hi all. am selling my 90, had it for 11months and want to get a 300tdi ideally so this has got to go.
1986/87 defender hardtop In blue(not sure colour name) non turbo is the 12j engine sits at 55/60 until hills then ya need low range. On 83k miles. Cambelt/timeing belt changed by Keith gott Land rovers on 77k. Set of 4 cooper stt discoverers nearly brand new. Cb unit. Hi-lift jack. 4 roof spotlights light guards etc. New front shock absorbers New rear prop, new brake pads&disc, new master&slave clutch. New genuine land rover battery- fecking pricey! new A frame ball joint. New downpipe&mid pipe. Recaro seats. Subwoofer. All the normal oil leaks!! Can't think off top of head what else. Has been looked after!
The bulkhead is rotten but not MOT failure. do have replacement pannels but not had time to fit and no point!
Chassis is solid though! Has been waxoiled yearly but not been done this year. Outriggers are solid, 1 has had a patch all the rest are good condition. Just has surface rust in areas. Rear crossmember is solid not a spec of rust I think it has been replaced at some point. Could do with a new rear door but I Havnt been to bothered over it.
its got 1month of MOT on at the minute but with the sale I'll get a new 12 months on it!
Tax runs out end of May.
