Exactly the same when I fitted the new springs on mine. It was much higher, because the old ones were worn, and the new ones settled in a bit after a while.

from another member of the " i fitted new springs and it looks too high to me" club.... My D1 was more or less the same - the rear looked well weird for a week or so - settled and now looks "normal" - which worrying in itself

205r16 were the fitted tyres.
Mot today and now on the road again.
Hot and sunny day as well.
