1977 serise 3

Hi Guys
Im thinking of buying a 1977 serise 3 im new to landis is this a bad move ,is it true late 70s models were rust buckets and should be avoided please advise anyone :doh:

not really , i have had a mid 50's series, it was good considering, my 62' series2 is in need of repair now, but what yer expect fer an old motor. the ser3 is good entery level lr, easy to work on , parts are cheap, good clean fun to drive , cheap ish running if its not your daily drive, good on insurance.

least you can see every part of it before yer buy it, just get under it with a hammer and torch .
