190 to buy or not to buy?

I've come across a 109 for sale a 1974 series 3 109. it been fitted with a 200 tdi engine and box. my question is does it de value the series3 also the engine hasn't been notified to vosa dvla that its changed from the original petrol engine, again could this be a problem, its a very clean tbh
what's your thoughts?

How long ago was the change made? If recently/just now, what else has been done? Check it is what you think it is

Best thing about the 200 swap is no chassis changes are needed, so dead easy to swap back if you so desire.

As for the dvsa less you tell them the better, so long as insurance co know it has had an engine swap no worries in my eyes.
