L322 18" Alloys with 255/55's??

Evening all.
First of apologies for yet another tyre post!
After I have done this I'm going to try and get a definitive l322 wheel and tyre guide together for future ease!
I'm due to pick up my fatty next week and I'm contemplating what tyres to fit. And although money is not the largest factor it always does factor in any purchase!
I've come across several different tyres however my eye has been caught by the BF Goodrich Urban Terrain. It's a 90/10 tyre so mainly a road bias tyre.
However. They only come in a 255/55/18 or a 235/60/18
I'm also toying with General Grabbers although I only seem to be able to find them in the at3 which are probably a bit OTT for the small amount I drive across fields.

What's people's thoughts/experiences with the above tyres and or tyre sizes?

I think the L322 tyre sizes are 255/65 18

I think the 18" wheels with 255/55 will look too small. 1 inch "shorter" than they should be in 18" form (should be 60 profile) will also lower the car too by an inch........... Possibly 'invalidate' your insurance too??

I don't like the look of the urban terrains, I'd definitely have the AT3's.

I believe they should be 255/60/18 but so damn expensive with very little range of AT’s too.

I've got the at3's. Same mpg, absolutely brilliant in the crap. Albeit on 16" rims. Would definitely recommend and buy again

255/60R18 on the L322

255/55/R19's also.

Have just managed to get 4 GG AT’s 255/55/19 on 19’s for £200 via an eBay best offer!!

Pleased with that! 4 tyres on wheels for nearly the price of 1 new tyre lol

19" without doubt the best size on a l322...

I would like to have mine shod with 275 maybe up to 305 20’s in Cooper Zeon LTZ. I don’t go off road much but then I don’t go on road much either.
Probably have to go up to a 9.5 “ wheel at least though.
