110 Truck Cab Load Cover - Anyone made one?

I need to take my woodworking tools down to Brighton along with a whole load of timber, too much to go on the roof of my Audi Estate. So I need a load cover for Scratchy, what wiv all this rain. And due to the number of thieving feckwars about I think a hard cover might be the way to go.

I stumbled across a thread on another forum about making a hard load cover outa a 90 roof. Anyone got any experience doing that? Otherwise I might just have to find one and get to work wiv me grinder...
