110 sw shock absorbers

Hi

Can anybody recomend any reasonably priced shock absorbers for a 110 200tdi SW for off-road & also fully loaded overland?

Also I suspect that the old girl has a 2" lift what's the best way to check? take a shocker off and measure it?

I know for a fact that if I phone paddocks up there not going to have a clue (or at least bird on phone) how long the travel should be on a +2" shocker!!
