Cheers, how do you find these things :) Great Info there. Looks like your spot on Yellow/White NRC9449 https://www.johncraddockltd.co.uk/l...d-90-rear-lh-and-front-lh-heavy-duty-110.html
So would you recommend same for rear Heavy Duty, ? also would you use these I have after just standing for years ?

I would definitely reuse the turrets form those you have, but the shocks sound like they may have degassed, the only way to know for sure if they are still usable would be to fit them and see.

It depends what you have on the front end for if heavy duty would be a good idea or not. If you just have a standard front end with factory bumper then definitely not, if like me you have a a large huskey winch with a steel cable, and bull bars on top, then they were essential as the standard ones sagged! As @mick 1986 has said unless you have the weight to justify them they just make for a harsh and bouncy ride. The same goes for the rear, if you regularly carry a half a ton plus of weight then fit heavy duty, if most of the time is spent empty, then fit standard! I am running standard springs on the rear, and they cope with the load when needed, and are happy towing a fully laden car trailer, but are also soft enough to be tolerable when it empty most fo the time.

Can you remember the part number of what you fitted to the rear? I can’t find my old invoice for what I bought.

Most of the time it will be empty Mate, and no winch bumpers ect.,

That was for @dag019.
I cannot find the invoice on my email but I used this:

Not sure if this is the same info posted earlier In the thread.

So my front is: NRC9448/9 (Harvy duty)
And rear is: NRC6904

Genius with the email thought! Tracked back to early 2017, there it is!

On the rear I have used RKB101111, fronts are NRC8044.

It’s really down to personal choice and what you use the vehicle for. If you very rarely carry a heavy load, then any of the standard 110 springs should be ok. I went with the ones I did because I tow trailers and carry ****e in the boot regularly. I also still have the Boge to assist when needed.

I wouldn’t bother purchasing springs for each side, just find out which is the longest one of the two and purchase 2 of that length. When on standard springs, they have a really annoying lean to the passenger side (I think it’s the passenger side anyway). The vehicle looks ****ed when parked on the flat.

Now Please Forgive Me But which Shocks do I put with them ??

If you are on a budget I can recommend the cheap britpart shocks (front: STC3766 and rear: RTC4639). I had these fitted for four years (about 100k miles). They only started leaking after their second trip around the desert in morocco so I was very impressed. If you are on less of a budget I would go for OEM (boge), which is what I replaced them with but they are nearly twice the price.
I think the rear shocks STC3772 fitted by @mick 1986 are the heavy duty ones, but I may be wrong. As mentioned above suspension is very personal and varied depending on the intended usage of the vehicle. If you do not have a specific usage in mind I would just stick to the non self leveling factory set up.

The rear shocks were listed as 1983-1994 110, so I thought the mountings may have been different?

OK Been looking for ages now for the right Kit, rather then order them individually with different part numbers. Might give these a try https://www.paddockspares.com/da428...-shock-absorbers-kit-def-110-to-wa159806.html Ive used these before for 90 I had and they were spot on, asked a few local Landy Garages and they all recommend them.
All the rest are all 2 inch lift, cant find any Light or Medium Duty at Standard height, even in Terrafirma. I will be carrying heavy loads sometimes but not all the time, But I will be towing heavy loads.
