Where do they go?

Can someone measure me a point of reference please foe the holes for the side steps on the back doors, there are no clue with holes etc so I need to drill my own.

Cheers

Loook at rear cross-member. 6 holes where tow hitch fits. On my meanie the centre of the holes on left of the group is 28 1/2 inches from cross-member end. Distance from centre of holes on left group of three to r/hand mount is 6 inches, to l/hand mount is 15 1/2 inches, inset 3/4 inch from edge. Reinforcing plates are welded on the two points where step meets cross-member, looks like m8 bolts.
If it doesn't fit, I was never here.
re-reading, you may have meant the passenger doors rather than the back door. Not measured them, they fit to underside and chassis on a three-point fix.

Right then.
Passenger side: There's a large U channel that runs along the side of the vehicle from back to front. the first hole is 11 1/4 from the back, the second is 18 3/4 from the back. The holes are in the back of the U channel as looking at the side of the vehicle. The step has a third support, central to the front ones, that fixes to the chassis. The hole for that is 2 3/4 from the rear of the passenger out-rigger, about 3/4 up from the chassis bottom.
I didn't check, but I'm guessing drivers side is the same. I hope this makes some sense.

Cheers badgerboy your a star. I was worried the proper place would be behind the riveted panel that is freshly painted. Il get mi drill out!
