110" discovery , has it been done

just seen a lwb rangy and had a thort , have seen a few bobtail discos around , but wonderd if anyone has done the opposite and made a 110" discovery

Hi i've seen a six wheeler stretched disco 300 tdi at the london to brighton run this year he had it up for sale at £10,000

Saw somewhere on here quite a while ago a D1 that had been stretched to take an extra row of seats and i think it had another pair of doors as well.
Think it had been made for an oil company.

never seen a 110 4 wheeler but seen something like the pic above in a LR mag a few months back, think it was green, cant quite remember the ins and outs of it but the 6X6 all worked properly but he had to fit the extra axle back to front or something for it to work. Well as always my contribution has been extremely helpful and crammed with useful info, I dont know how I do it, time for a stella I think.

Jesus christ . i was thinking the same only yesterday but more on the lines of discovery cub with a 110 tub . if only .....

its just a idea ive been toying with , for a project next year
